New for Spring 2024! Simplified Application Process

The Be Well Solutions Dietetic Internship Program is excited to unveil a new, simplified application process for the Spring 2024 Match.

  • No BWS DI Application Fee!

Applicants are no longer required to submit a separate fee to BWS DI to apply to the program. Applicants need only pay the fees to register for DICAS and D&D Digital to participate in the match process.

  • No Supplemental Application!

There is no longer a supplemental application required to apply to BWS DI. Applicants only need to submit a Proposed Rotation Schedule in addition to the other DICAS requirements listed below.

BWS DI Application Steps

  • Register for DICAS

Applicants applying to BWS DI through either the DI-Only Pathway or MS/DI Pathway must apply to our program through the Dietetic Internship Centralized Application Service (DICAS). DICAS is an online applicant portal serviced by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and used by students who are applying to dietetic internship programs.

BWS DI participates in both the fall and spring match cycles through DICAS. For more information, please visit dicas.liaisoncas.com. Potential applicants may also email dicasinfo@dicas.org for more information. Please note that there is a fee to use DICAS. Applicants must complete their DICAS application for the Spring Match by 11:59 pm Central Time on February 15, 2024.

  • Register for D&D Digital

Applicants must also register with D&D Digital Systems at https://www.dnddigital.com/, pay the $65 computer match fee by credit card, and enter their contact information and dietetic internship preferences by 11:59 pm Central Time on February 15, 2024. This allows applicants to participate in the nationwide “matching process.” Applicants must submit priority rank choices through D&D Digital for the Spring Match by 11:59 pm Central Time on April 1, 2024.

Computer matching materials may be obtained from D&D Digital Systems, 304 Main Street, #301, Ames, IA 50010, phone (515)292-0490.

If available before the application deadline, this must be submitted with the Proposed Rotation Schedule. • MS/DI Applicants: Applicants applying to the MS/DI pathway must align their rotation schedule dates with the MS/DI curriculum timeline for the graduate program that they are applying for. Each curriculum timeline may be found on the graduate program pages, and other important dates for the MS/DI pathway may be found here. Applicants must indicate which MS program(s) they will be applying to within the Proposed Rotation Schedule. Upon acceptance, BWS DI requires proof of admission with a letter of acceptance or other documentation provided by the MS program.
