Spring 2025 Application Reopening
BWS DI is pleased to provide an additional opportunity for prospective interns to apply to our program in the Spring 2025 application cycle. Finding the right internship fit is an important step in your journey to becoming a dietitian. Our application reopening has been created to support those applicants still navigating their next steps and exploring options.
Application Process Instructions
We have developed a streamlined process to help candidates indicate their interest without significant extra work or up-front fees. Prospective interns with a DPD GPA of 3.0 or above and a completed DICAS application can apply to BWS DI by following these steps:
Step One: First, explore the BWS DI website to see if our program is a good fit for you. We also encourage you to view our virtual open house – BWS DI Virtual Open House Recording, which features an overview of the program in video form.
Step Two: If interested in applying to our program, complete the Intent to Apply form to express your interest.
Step Three: BWS DI will email selected candidates to invite them to formally apply to the program through DICAS. Such an invitation indicates that BWS DI is seriously interested in the applicant.
- You are welcome to apply formally via DICAS without submitting the Intent to Apply form. If you do so, please notify us via email at bwsdi@bewellsolutions.com so we can promptly review your application.
Step Four: Submit your application to BWS DI through DICAS. You may utilize the same application you used for the initial application cycle, even though it will not have been tailored to BWS DI. Note that BWS DI does not require a Supplemental Application.
Step Five: Your application must include a Program Plan (submitted via DICAS). It is okay if the rotation schedule page is blank at this time.
Step Six: BWS DI will review DICAS applications as they are received and invite select candidates to interview with the admissions team via Zoom. The interview is the final step in the application process.
Admissions Decisions:
- Admissions decisions will be communicated to applicants within 48 hours of their interview. Applicants will have 48 hours to accept their spot in the program.
- A tuition deposit to secure your spot will be due upon acceptance.
Please note that spots are limited. The window to submit applications for this cycle will close on March 31st. Since applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, we encourage you to apply early to ensure availability in the program.

Applicants accepted into the BWS DI program will be able to work with our outreach manager to finalize their rotation schedule.
