BWS DI Tuition Overview
BWS DI appreciates the financial investment each intern is making when accepting their position in our program. With that in mind, we developed our tuition to provide strong value and include many of the resources interns need throughout the program. Explore what is included, available discounts, payment options, and a good-faith estimate of projected expenses below.
Your BWS DI program tuition includes:
- RD Exam Prep Materials (All Access Dietetics Pass Class & Pocket Prep)
- Initial Background Check
- HIPAA and OSHA Training
- 1-Year Professional Liability Insurance
- Orientation and Professional Development Workshop Programming
- 1-Year Student Subscription to the Nutrition Care Manual ($80 value)
- 1-Year Student Membership in the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics ($58 value)
To reserve your spot in the program, a non-refundable tuition deposit of $1,500 will be required. The deposit due date will be communicated to interns after acceptance. This is applied toward total tuition. The remaining balance may be paid in full or through payment plan installments. Please note that all tuition payments are non-refundable.
Interns may be eligible for the following tuition discounts.
Apply by January 15 for the Spring application cycle or September 15 for the Fall application cycle to receive a $500 tuition discount.
*The early application deadline is an application submission deadline only; applicants are not required to make an enrollment decision at that time. Applicant decision deadlines are March 10 for the Spring cycle and November 10 for the Fall cycle.
Available to applicants who have completed, are currently completing, or plan to complete their graduate degree with one of our MS partner programs.

*Site-Specific Onboarding: Some rotation sites may require additional onboarding or use of a specific vendor/testing location. Interns are responsible for any additional site-specific onboarding costs.
*Tuition Discounts: Discounts are available for eligible early applicants and applicants who qualify for the MS partner discount.
Requirements for the Distance Education Component
To successfully complete the distance component of the Be Well Solutions Dietetic Internship, interns must have:
- Reliable access to a laptop or desktop computer.
- A stable internet connection capable of supporting video conferencing, email communication, and online curriculum.
- Basic technology skills, including the ability to use email and video conferencing, navigate web-based learning platforms, upload and download files, and use standard word-processing and presentation software.
These tools and skills are essential for participating in remote learning, completing assignments, attending virtual meetings, accessing online course materials, and communicating with faculty and preceptors.
Financial Aid & Payment Plans
Prospective interns may find scholarship and financial aid opportunities through the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics . For those utilizing student loans for their MS program, interns can also apply any remaining student loan dollars to their dietetic internship tuition.
Additionally, if you already have a student loan, you may be eligible to defer payment while enrolled in a dietetic internship program. More information can be found on our FAQ page under "Tuition and Financial Aid."
Interns will select a payment schedule after enrollment, with standard options of two, four, or ten installments.
Tuition Timeline
Each intern will be provided with specific tuition payment due dates, but a general schedule for our two-installment payment plan is provided below:

*This deposit must be paid by the given due date and is applied toward the total tuition. Failure to pay this deposit may forfeit the intern's position in the program.
Make a Payment
All tuition payments, including the tuition deposit, are now processed through QuickBooks. Invoices are emailed directly to the intern at the beginning of each month when a payment is scheduled, and payments are made securely through the QuickBooks system.
Upon enrollment, interns receive instructions for selecting a tuition payment plan and step-by-step guidance for paying invoices. Payment plan options include two, four, or ten installments.
Payments may be made via bank transfer, credit card, or debit card. Please note: credit and debit card payments include a 2.99% convenience fee.
