BWS DI Tuition Overview
BWS DI appreciates the financial investment each intern is making when accepting their position in our program. With that in mind, we developed our tuition to provide strong value and include many of the resources interns need throughout the program. Explore what is included, available discounts, payment options, and a good-faith estimate of projected expenses below.
Your BWS DI program tuition includes:
- RD Exam Prep Materials (RD Boot Camp & Pocket Prep)
- Initial Background Check
- HIPAA and OSHA Training
- 1-Year Professional Liability Insurance
- Orientation and Professional Development Workshop Programming
- 1-Year Student Subscription to the Nutrition Care Manual ($80 value)
- 1-Year Student Membership in the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics ($58 value)
To reserve your spot in the program, a non-refundable tuition deposit of $1,500 will be required. The deposit due date will be communicated to interns after acceptance. This is applied toward total tuition. The remaining balance may be paid in full or through payment plan installments. Please note that all tuition payments are non-refundable.
Interns may be eligible for the following tuition discounts.
Apply by January 15 for the Spring application cycle or September 15 for the Fall application cycle to receive a $500 tuition discount.
*The early application deadline is an application submission deadline only; applicants are not required to make an enrollment decision at that time. Applicant decision deadlines are March 10 for the Spring cycle and November 10 for the Fall cycle.
Available to applicants who have completed, are currently completing, or plan to complete their graduate degree with one of our MS partner programs.

*Site-Specific Onboarding: Some rotation sites may require additional onboarding or use of a specific vendor/testing location. Interns are responsible for any additional site-specific onboarding costs.

Requirements for the Distance Education Component
To successfully complete the distance component of the Be Well Solutions Dietetic Internship, interns must have:
- Reliable access to a laptop or desktop computer.
- A stable internet connection capable of supporting video conferencing, email communication, and online curriculum.
- Basic technology skills, including the ability to use email and video conferencing, navigate web-based learning platforms, upload and download files, and use standard word-processing and presentation software.
These tools and skills are essential for participating in remote learning, completing assignments, attending virtual meetings, accessing online course materials, and communicating with faculty and preceptors.
Financial Aid & Payment Plans
BWS DI does not qualify for federal financial aid on its own. However, interns may have other options for helping finance the internship.
Prospective interns may find scholarship and other financial support opportunities through the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Foundation . Interns are also encouraged to explore opportunities through state and local Academy affiliates, state higher-education agencies, and local civic, professional, and community organizations or foundations.
Interns enrolled in a graduate program may be able to use student loan funds toward BWS DI tuition. Students interested in this option should contact their graduate program's financial aid office or student loan provider for information about their individual eligibility and available funding.
Interns with existing student loans may be eligible to defer payment while enrolled in the dietetic internship. Interns should confirm deferment eligibility with the institution or loan provider that holds their loan. After acceptance into BWS DI and payment of the tuition deposit, interns may request a letter from BWS DI to submit to their loan provider for possible deferment.
Interest-free payment plan options are available. Interns receive additional information about available payment schedules and how to select a plan after enrollment.
Make a Payment
All tuition payments, including the tuition deposit, are now processed through QuickBooks. Invoices are emailed directly to the intern at the beginning of each month when a payment is scheduled, and payments are made securely through the QuickBooks system.
Upon enrollment, interns receive additional information about available tuition payment schedules and step-by-step guidance for paying invoices.
Payments may be made via bank transfer, credit card, or debit card. Please note: credit and debit card payments include a 2.99% convenience fee.
