The mission of the Cedar Crest College Master in Nutrition program is to develop leaders in the field of health promotion and disease prevention. The program empowers students with the competencies and skills to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate health programming to meet the needs of diverse populations locally, nationally and globally.
The Master in Nutrition offers an individualized approach to advanced-level studies to meet the academic and professional aspirations of our students. Online course delivery enables busy adult students to participate in in-depth study supported by a one-on-one relationship with their instructors. A personalized advising model reflects our student-centered approach to preparing graduates for significant achievement now and in the future.
